Before the Bay, Dominique was a florist in Paris. He learned the trade there on the job, with a reputable florist, before setting out on his own.

In 2007, he opened Au Delà des Fleurs at 29 Cours de Verdun, right in the center of Gujan-Mestras. His originality and good humor soon became the talk of the town.

A shop that changes its decor
The shop at 29 Cours de Verdun is a space in constant evolution. Dominique redecorates it regularly, according to the seasons and holidays: displays, scenery, hanging dried flowers... many things are born here, between a jigsaw and a drill.
He also restores antique furniture, which he displays—and sells—among the flowers. With every visit, there is something new to discover.
