Where can one get married at the La Teste-de-Buch town hall?
In three locations: at the Town Hall (1, esplanade Edmond Doré), in the wedding hall of Pyla, at the Figuier roundabout, or at the Cazaux annex town hall.
On which days are weddings celebrated in La Teste?
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., or 3:30 p.m. There are no weddings on Sundays or public holidays.
How do I prepare my marriage application in La Teste?
Pick up the application file at the town hall with your identity documents and book the date and time. The town hall will then request your birth certificates and schedule an appointment for you to submit the complete file together. Everything is on the city's website.
Can we hold a non-religious ceremony in La Teste?
Yes, after the civil wedding. For a ceremony in a public space, the city requires authorization from the municipal police (05 56 54 46 41). For a private venue, check directly with the location.
Where can one get married in a church in La Teste and Pyla?
At Saint-Vincent Church, at the Pyla forest chapel, or at Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens Church in Cazaux. They are under the jurisdiction of the Arcachon-La Teste parish, which requires registration at least one year in advance.
Where can I host a wedding reception in Pyla?
La Co(o)rniche, Ha(a)ïtza, La Guitoune and Villa La Perla, at the foot of the dune, announce that they host weddings. In La Teste, there is also the racecourse, Domaine de la Forge and Domaine de la Montagnette.
